SALEM ROCKS WRESTLING - MONTHLY NEWSLETTER ===============================================================

Coming back from the Granby Camp in Virginia, the coaching staff and wrestlers that attended are very excited about the technique and drills learned there.  These are the techniques and drills we will implement into our practices this season.
Team Camp is this week from 10 am to 1 pm. All wrestlers must go to Team Camp to learn drills and techniques for the upcoming season.   It is expected that wrestlers will have a basic understanding of the various Granby series before the start of the season.  The Team Camp helps us to get to that baseline. Please remember to fill out paperwork on the first day.
A reminder that open room, drill sessions and lifting is not optional.  In order to move our program forward it is critical that they are attended.  Exceptions include family obligations, work, and fall sports.  Please contact me if you are unable to attend at 734-904-1353 or email me at salemcaoch@gmail.com. Make the commitment to better the program by improving yourself!
Remember to sign up for the 2nd Annual Ron Krueger golf outing on September 19, 2010.  It’s a great event that helps support our College Coach Program.  Sponsorship opportunities are available!  Please contact Dan Sugg for more information at 734-604-5684.
I encourage all of you to get involved someway with our wrestling booster program. This is a great way to stay connected to what is going on with the team. It is also a way of making new friends with other parents and to become more active in your community.

Thank you for all of your support and GO ROCKS!!!
